How it plays
Three touches, then it has to go over
Head the ball over the net and land it in the sand on the other side. Each side gets three touches. The fourth is a fault.
Every touch fills your flame bar. When it is full, your next spike turns into a fireball. It flies faster, it burns, and it is hard to return.
The computer plays on easy, medium or hard. A set runs to 7, 11, 15 or 21 points, and you play one set or best of three.
Worlds
11 worlds, and many of them change the game
On the Moon the ball hangs in the air. Under water it sinks slowly. In the desert the wind pushes it around. Pick a world and adjust.
Sunny Beach
The free world. Sand, waves, gulls and a palm tree.
Volcano Island
Your flame bar fills twice as fast. Expect a lot of fireballs.
Moon Base
Low gravity. The ball floats, and so do you.
Coral Reef
Under water. The ball sinks slowly and the water brakes it.
Neon Rooftop
A rooftop at night. The ball falls faster and comes off harder.
Cherry Blossom Garden
The start menu. Choose world, character, ball and opponent, then play.
Also in the game: Glacier with slippery ice, Desert Oasis with gusts of wind, Sugar Hills with higher jumps, Jungle Temple and Haunted Castle.

Local multiplayer
Two players, one device
No second phone, no online account. Put the tablet on the table and play side by side.
- Touch. Each player gets buttons on their own half of the screen.
- Keyboard. A D W for the left player, arrow keys for the right.
- Controllers. Connect two and each player takes one.
Controller
Grab a controller
Glibber Cup works with common Bluetooth controllers, the PlayStation 5 controller among them. Move with the stick or d-pad, jump with a button. The controller rumbles when you hit the ball.
On the Mac it is its own app, played with keyboard or controller. The menus work with the controller too.
An announcer in 12 languages
He calls points, set points and fireballs. Menus and texts come in the same 12 languages.
